1. Who we are
Varna SEO Agency (legal entity: VARNA SEO AGENCY / ВАРНА СЕО АЙДЖЪНСИ, EIK/PIK 207046109, VAT BG207046109), registered at ul. Petko Todorov 62, Varna 9000, Bulgaria, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: agency@varnaseoagency.com.
2. What data we collect
- Contact and audit forms (/contact-us/,/free-geo-audit/, download gates on/free-guides/): name, company name, work email, website URL, industry/category, and any message you provide.
- Booking: if you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email, and the time you select.
- Analytics: with your consent (see Cookies below), we use Google Analytics (GA4) and Clicky to understand aggregate site usage - pages visited, approximate location (country/region level), device type, and referral source. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.
3. How we use your data
To respond to enquiries, deliver requested resources (audit reports, guides), schedule calls, operate and improve this website, and where you have separately agreed, send occasional updates about our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Contact form submissions: legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, or contract performance if you become a client. Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Marketing emails (if applicable): your consent.
5. Who we share data with
Service providers acting on our behalf: Resend (transactional email delivery), Cal.com (scheduling), Google Analytics and Clicky (analytics, only after consent), Cloudflare (hosting and security). We have data processing arrangements with each. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA (for example, US-based providers). Where this happens, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy safeguard.
7. How long we keep data
We keep contact and audit form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period after for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' and Clicky's standard retention settings.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict our processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (KZLD) or your own country's supervisory authority.
