majasvide.lv is a programmatic lead-generation marketplace: individual landing pages built around specific construction services in specific Latvian municipalities, each rented to a local service provider who receives the leads it generates. It currently runs 735 pages, and is planned to scale to roughly 8,200 pages by autumn 2026 as service and location coverage grows.
This is an income project, not a manufactured case study. We built it to generate direct revenue, and we're using it to test the latest SEO and GEO methods with our own money before we recommend them to clients.
We're publishing this from launch, not after the fact. Here's where things stand one week in:

A one-week snapshot is a starting point, not a result - and if you check Ahrefs independently, it'll show very little too, precisely because this just started. That's expected for a one-week-old domain, not something we're hiding.
Rank-and-rent in the Baltics - a model with no established local playbook.
A rank-and-rent lead-generation model, well-proven in other markets, hasn't been properly tested in the Baltic region. We're running that test with our own money, starting in Latvia.
Launched in the Latvian market first; plan to expand the same model into Estonia and Lithuania once the Latvian result is clear.
Just started. Check back for results as the data comes in - we're not going to backfill a conclusion before we have one.
Too early to say. We'll add this honestly as soon as we have a real answer, not before - an experiment log with no failures yet is just a log that hasn't run long enough, not evidence that nothing failed.
The GEO and SEO methods we run here are the same ones we bring to retainers - after they've already been tested with our own money.
